From a philosophical point of view when talking about Happiness, the philosopher Socrates often comes to mind. Socrates’ strength was to teach and practice the art of living what we call philosophy, a vibrant and profoundly human philosophy, which invites us to discover Happiness. It’s an invitation to extract lessons from the crises of life, to learn the art of inner dialogue and to take responsibility for ourselves through inner work. This philosophical approach continues to be relevant even though 2500 years have passed by. Socrates’ serenity made him free in the face of life’s circumstances and his example remains an inspiration for all those who are seeking a way to what is essential.

"The secret of happiness, you see, is not found in seeking more, but in developing the capacity to enjoy less." - Socrates

"The essence of philosophy is that a man should so live that his happiness shall depend as little as possible on external things." - Epictetus
