In the year 1914, Sir Ernest Shackleton set off on the Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition. He dreamt of being the first man to cross the Antarctic overland. When his dream crumbled in face of severe adversities, he understood that only one thing mattered – to bring his men back alive.
This voyage was not only an incredible story of 28 men who withstood the unimaginable, but a story of unity, endurance and vision. Surprisingly relevant for our every day life, it invites us to explore our capacity to live together better by giving the best of ourselves for the benefit of others.
