Why is modern life so stressful?
From dusk to dawn, we experience many stressful experiences that diminish our quality of life. But today scientific research is shedding new light on stress, where stress can be transformed into something positive.
By changing our mindset we can change the effect stress has on us. This scientific discovery was previously explained by many schools of philosophy from Eastern and Western traditions. They understood that stress – or the challenges of life – are an opportunity to cultivate inner resilience and be less negatively impacted by circumstances.
